My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfortable rooms and friendly service, but there were some cleanliness issues. The location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the nearby attractions, and the dining experience was a pleasant surprise. Despite some cleanliness issues like finding a coffee cup under the bed and a stained toilet, the spacious and clean 1BR suite with separate bedroom, sitting area, kitchen, and nice-sized bathroom was perfect for our needs.

The hotel's location was absolutely lovely, close to the marsh trails, Friendship Garden, and Riverside Park, making it ideal for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The two-bedroom suite, conveniently located on the first floor, was not only comfortable and clean but also nice. The service was exceptional, with the staff being nice, friendly, courteous, and always focused on their tasks. The location was beautiful and perfect for the activities we wanted to do in downtown LaCrosse, with the added convenience of being near a walking trail along the River and Riverside Park. Sadly, the dining experience fell short of expectations, but homemade products offered some consolation.
